Firstly, with the raw material oil pump put the raw material oil, waste oil, sludge, plastic oil, tire oil and coal tar. Put into the degumming tanks, then added the catalyst use the stir with air compressor to below after recycle heat once again return to degumming tanks, let standing for settlement release oil residue.
Secondly, use the recycle pump put the raw material oil in the distillation column. Then use the LG20 tube furnace for heating. After reached the boiling point, start evaporation (composition is different, the boiling point is different). When the evaporation to the certain temperature (absolute 90 degrees), open the recycle vacuum pump and water cooling cycle, through the shell hest exchanger gas into the liquid, then put the liquid into the cooler again. With the oil separation (gasoline and diesel oil separation), the oil sludge into the residual oil storage tank, then for a second cycle of evaporation.
Thirdly, using vacuum system draining gas, and reduce the oil to the boiling point, achieve the goal of rapid evaporation.
